I created something that you can make at home, simple. It’s a bottle with rice inside it.
With rice, the bottle of water starts to it starts to weigh more, the idea is to make a weight for arms with something you had at home , so yeah I used rice and a bottle of water.
It isn’t the most heavy but I couldn’t find sand or something else to put in to the bottle.

so if you start lifting with it, at least at 30 continuous minutes you start to notice that is harder, it requieres a lot of time because it’s rice but if you can find sand, sand will make it harder, by the way it doesn’t matter if you can’t find sand, do it with whatever you found, you make the effort and take the time and the muscle will be doing better.
